Crusino Casino is an offshore online casino owned by Novatrix SRL and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. I tested it from Australia using real money, checking the cashier, playing through the welcome bonus, and trying to withdraw winnings.
My experience was honestly strange in the best and worst ways. The site looks old, and navigation is clunky. But the bonus was far better than expected, support answered fast, and my accepted bank withdrawal reached me the next morning.

Where do I even start with Crusino Casino? My test of this new Novatrix casino felt confusing from the first visit.
The site looked outdated, and I noticed missing basics almost straight away. The game search was weak, some key details took too much digging, and RTP information was harder to find than I like.
But my opinion changed once I actually deposited and claimed the welcome bonus.
I deposited AU$87 by card, activated the welcome offer, and had the bonus added to my account. The bonus came with 40x wagering, which sounds pretty normal for an offshore casino. The surprise was how quickly I could move through the requirement while playing Mines. I used larger bets, mostly around AU$25 to AU$52, and the wagering tracker moved properly after each round. In about two hours, I cleared the wagering linked to around AU$2,000 in play and finished the bonus run with roughly AU$400 in profit.
The second surprise came after that. I tried a few withdrawal methods first, and some were declined, which was annoying. Then I requested a bank withdrawal for AU$609, and Crusino approved it in about an hour. The money arrived by the next morning, and I was not asked to verify before that payout. I would not assume that happens every time, because Crusino can still request KYC, but my own payout was fast and clean.
Crusino uses a dark navy and black layout with gold icons, sea-themed banners, and big bonus cards. It is not ugly, but it does feel dated and sometimes almost amateurish.
The left-side menu helps you move between games, payments, promos, VIP tools, and support without digging too much. Still, the deeper I browsed, the rougher it felt.
Search and filtering are weak, and mobile navigation gets frustrating fast. Weirdly, I still liked that Crusino does not hide behind an over-polished casino theatre.
Crusino’s game library is massive, but browsing it felt like trying to find your keys in the ocean. That sounds dramatic, but the sea theme asked for it.
I counted 80 casino software providers. And the main ones were here:
Pragmatic Play (812)
Amusnet (537)
Hacksaw (421)
Spinomenal (398)
Playtech (376)
I also noticed they have casino games from Red Tiger, BGaming, Microgaming, CT Interactive, Betsoft, Evolution, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, and so on. That is a serious provider list, and it gives Crusino real depth.
You get pokies, live dealer games, crash-style games, instant games, bonus buy titles, and smaller studio releases that you will not see everywhere.
But the actual browsing experience was poor. I could use categories like All Games, Pokies, New, Popular, Bonus Buy, Bonus Wagering, and Live. Still, finding one exact game felt harder than it should. The casino does list 5,000+ games in its own content, but I think they actually have more, considering the number of providers.
The welcome package is one of the biggest offers I’ve seen at casinos accepting Aussies. Crusino Casino currently offers five welcome deposits with up to AU$5,000 and 500 free spins in total.
Deposit | Bonus | Free Spins | Minimum Deposit |
1st Deposit | 100% up to AU$1,000 | 100 FS | AU$30 |
2nd Deposit | 50% up to AU$1,000 | 100 FS | AU$30 |
3rd Deposit | 75% up to AU$1,000 | 100 FS | AU$30 |
4th Deposit | 50% up to AU$1,000 | 100 FS | AU$30 |
5th Deposit | 100% up to AU$1,000 | 100 FS | AU$30 |
The wagering requirement is 40x on the bonus or free spin winnings. That sounds normal, maybe even a little heavy, until you see how fast certain games can move.
During my test, I deposited AU$87 and claimed the welcome casino bonus for Australians. I mainly played Mines with larger bets, because the rounds are fast and wagering stacks quickly.
Mines is simple. You pick tiles, avoid hidden mines, and cash out before the wrong tile ruins your mood. I used bets around AU$25 to AU$52 during one short window and cleared wagering much faster than expected. My session moved so quickly that I cleared the 40x requirement in under two hours.
And yes, I documented everything while clearing the bonus:
Bet | Win | Total Wagering Cleared |
AU$26.20 | AU$60.80 | AU$26.20 |
AU$52.40 | AU$88.60 | AU$78.60 |
AU$52.40 | AU$76.50 | AU$131.00 |
AU$25.30 | AU$101.60 | AU$156.30 |
AU$25.30 | AU$83.60 | AU$181.60 |
When you log in from Australia and click the Payments page, you will see Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, MiFinity, Jet, and crypto.
The deposit limits were mostly friendly. Most show AU$20 minimums and AU$4,000 maximums. But the cashier and the terms do not line up perfectly, which is worth noting. Most deposit methods show AU$20, but the terms list AU$30 as the fiat minimum.
Withdrawals were where the payment setup started to feel much less flexible. I could see Bank Transfer, MiFinity, and crypto options, but the actual cashout test was not smooth at first.
My first crypto withdrawal attempts were declined. I tried to withdraw AU$348 through CryptoProcessing, then AU$157 through the same route, and both failed. That was frustrating because crypto at casinos usually feels like the cleanest option. After that, I tried a card withdrawal for AU$435, but that was declined too. At that point, I thought I was scammed.
The bank transfer saved the whole payment test. I requested AU$609 through PayAnyBank Europe, and that withdrawal was accepted. Even better, Crusino approved it quickly, and the money arrived in my bank account by the next morning. I have tested plenty of fast payout Aussie offshore casinos, and that speed is rare.
Type | Payment Method | Status | Amount |
Deposit | Card Acquirer | Accepted | AU$87 |
Withdrawal | CryptoProcessing | Declined | AU$348 |
Withdrawal | CryptoProcessing | Declined | AU$157 |
Withdrawal | Card Acquirer | Declined | AU$435 |
Withdrawal | PayAnyBank Europe | Accepted | AU$609 |
Support was one of the best parts of my test. I contacted live chat about activating the welcome bonus, and the replies came within seconds.
The agent did not feel like a dead script. They answered in a normal way, explained what I needed, and helped resolve the bonus issue within a few minutes.
Crusino does a better job than many offshore casinos when it comes to basic operator details. I could see Novatrix SRL listed clearly, along with Costa Rica registration details and Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000002.
I like that because hidden ownership is one of my biggest red flags. If a casino wants your deposit, it should at least tell you who is running the site.
The Tobique licence is still newer and less familiar than older offshore licence names. That does not make Crusino unsafe by itself, but it does mean I looked harder at the terms, payments, support, and withdrawal behaviour.
The good news is that my real test went well. Support replied fast, my bonus tracked correctly, and my accepted bank withdrawal arrived the next morning. That matters more to me than a footer badge alone.
Category | Score (1-10) | My Reason |
Licence & Transparency | 7 | Owner and Tobique licence are visible |
Design & UX | 3 | Outdated design, poor navigation, missing search and filter functions |
Game Library | 10 | Massive selection across 80 providers with many uncommon titles |
Bonuses & Payments | 10 | Exceptionally strong hidden bonus and incredibly fast payouts |
Fairness & RTP | 8 | Very easy wagering completion and unusually reliable payout handling |
Support & Payouts | 9 | Fast, human support with record-level withdrawal processing |
Overall Score: 8/10
Crusino is flawed, clunky, and badly in need of better search tools. I would normally be harsher on a casino with this many UX issues.
But my actual test changed the score. I deposited AU$87, cleared a strong welcome bonus, withdrew AU$609 by bank transfer, and had the money the next morning.
That does not make Crusino perfect. It does make it one of the more interesting offshore casinos I have tested lately.

Yes, Crusino Casino is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission and owned by Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. I like that the operator details are shown clearly, but Tobique is still a newer offshore licence name.
Crusino Casino does not show one clear total game count, but I confirmed around 80 game providers, so the full library likely runs into several thousand games across pokies, live tables, crash games, and instant games.
Yes, Crusino Casino offers a welcome package across the first five deposits, with up to AU$5,000 and 500 free spins. During my test, I claimed the first 100% bonus, tracked the 40x wagering, and cleared it much faster than expected.
My accepted bank withdrawal was approved in about an hour and arrived by the next morning. That was much faster than I expected. Still, the terms allow up to 72 hours for processing, and KYC can slow things down.
