Quick verdict: we'd give Winoly 3.3 out of 5. Getting around the site is easy, and the bonus terms are two clicks deep. Shame about the small print, where a "We are VPN Friendly" pill clashes with clause 14.7 and payouts only move on weekdays.

A "VPN Friendly" Pill Above a Clause That Punishes VPNs

First thing we spotted on the homepage? Not the bonus. A tag on the hero banner: "We are VPN Friendly".

Then we read clause 14.7. It lets Winoly void winnings or close an account if a player disguises their IP, "such as using a Virtual Private Network". The pill itself isn't a link. And the sign-up checkbox that accepts those Terms comes pre-ticked.

Australia isn't on Winoly's 169-country restricted list, which is the operator's own list, not a legal green light. An Australian IP address gets the en-AU build with no geo-block.

The tag also rides on the cashback slide, not just the bonus banner.

Row 297 on Curaçao's Register, "Assessment in Progress"

GBL Solutions N.V. (registration 155090) is on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's public register, license OGL/2024/589/0556. Expiry? 14 April 2026, already behind us. The status reads "Assessment in progress", same as 289 of the register's 407 rows, nearly all of them 2024 transition licenses. Winoly's footer still says "GCB".

That's a Curaçao listing, not a Malta Gaming Authority license. Neither Winoly domain was on ACMA's blocked list when we checked it on 9 October 2026.

Winoly Casinos Welcome Offer

Step 01 wants an email and password, or Google. No name, birth date or currency field on step 01. The promo-code box hides behind a link.

The form finds you. It popped up on its own 18 to 40 seconds after loading the homepage, the FAQ, the Terms and a demo page alike; close it and an "Offer" dialog takes over. Escape didn't close it.

Step 01 as it opens. Two empty fields, one box already ticked.

At 390-pixel phone width nothing broke. There's no native app, only a home-screen install guide for iOS Safari and Android Chrome.

An $8 Bet Cap and a Five-Day Clock

The Welcome package: 330% up to $2,565 and 370 spins, spread over four deposits

Mind the max bet: the general page's $10 defers to promo rules. So $8.

The clock is the harder part. If the 30x applies to the bonus amount alone, as the Bonus Terms suggest, clearing a full $830 match takes $24,900 in bets inside five days. Pokies count in full, RNG roulette just 5%, and live tables are off-limits while the bonus runs.

105 Studios, Evolution Not Among Them

The provider panel lists 105 studios for an Australian visitor. Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live and BetSoft made the cut. Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO aren't among the 105.

The cashier sits behind the login. What you can see logged out is a row of footer logos: card, Bank Transfer, A1, Zimpler, crypto, MiFinity and Interac. PayID isn't among them.

The Terms cap player groups 1 to 5 at $830 per transaction, $830 a day and $16,500 a month, with no more than three withdrawal requests open at once. Bet under three times your deposit before cashing out and Winoly may keep up to 10%.

Read this before you deposit: withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT+3, which is 5pm to 2am in Sydney under daylight saving. Lodge a request after 2am on Saturday and that window doesn't reopen until 5pm Monday.
