RocketSpin Casino is one of the newer Metlait SRL casinos I tested, and honestly, it mostly disappointed me. The site has a huge game library, but the rest of the experience felt weaker than it should have.
The welcome bonus was one of the worst I have checked this year, with rough wagering, a tiny three-day window, and a huge list of restricted games. Add slow support, a laggy UI, and a cashier that feels thin for Aussies, and RocketSpin does not offer much over other offshore casinos.
If I had to pick one clear positive, it would be the game selection. With more than 14,000 games and over 120 providers, RocketSpin can compete on variety. I just wish the rest of the casino had the same strength.
Welcome Bonus
Welcome bonuses, also known as sign-up deposit bonuses, are offered by casinos to players who deposit real money into their account for the first time.

RocketSpin looks cleaner than many offshore casinos, so I expected a smoother test than I actually got. The homepage is bright, simple, and built around a space theme, with a huge $5,000 bonus and 300 free spins banner.
That first look did not last long for me. The site has a decent layout, but it started feeling laggy while I moved through games, filters, and promo areas. It was not broken, but it also was not as smooth as the clean design promised.
The casino bonuses were the bigger issue. A large headline offer should make me curious, but the terms killed the mood fast. Once I saw the three-day limit, 40x wagering, and long restricted game list, I started wondering why anyone would bother.
RocketSpin did better with its game range. The lobby is huge, and that is clearly where the casino puts most of its weight.

Game Library & UX | 6/10 - Big game selection, but the UI can be laggy. | 8/10 - Clean, stable, easy to use. | 8.5/10 - Big range, smooth browsing. | 5/10 - Huge provider list, awful navigation. |
Bonus & Wagering | 3/10 - Horrible welcome bonuses, bad conditions, restrictive three-day window, almost impossible to complete. | 7.5/10 - Fair, playable, nothing crazy. | 6.5/10 - Decent, but restrictive. | 10/10 - Wildly strong wagering setup. |
Payments & Payouts | 6/10 - Standard payout setup and payment methods; payout speed was not tested. | 8/10 - Fast enough, little drama. | 8/10 - Fast payout, no KYC circus. | 10/10 - Ridiculously fast payouts. |
Trust & Support | 6/10 - Slow customer support, with some reports about non-payments. | 7/10 - Offshore, but less sketchy. | 4.5/10 - Hides too much key info. | 7.5/10 - Weak license, strong support. |
A welcome casino bonus is usually one of the main reasons I bother registering at a new casino. Plenty of players do the same thing: join, test the welcome package, and decide from there.
That puts casinos in a tricky spot. They need a bonus strong enough to attract new players, without making it too easy to beat.

RocketSpin goes way too far in the other direction. To make it short, this is one of the worst welcome bonus packages I have tested this year.
40x wagering on the deposit and bonus amount feels brutal
This creates a much higher turnover target than the banner suggests, especially for casual players.
The three-day expiry is absurdly short
Clearing that kind of wagering in three days needs time, luck, and far too much forced play.
The excluded games list is ridiculous
It is longer than some laws passed in parliament, and cuts out a huge part of the lobby.
Only a narrow slice of pokies really works for wagering
Many table games and other game types count only 5%, so they barely move progress.

This is the part that annoyed me most. RocketSpin has more than 14,000 games, yet the bonus rules make that huge lobby feel much smaller. I do not want to open a casino this big and then spend my session checking which games are blocked.
I checked the regular promos because sometimes a bad welcome bonus gets balanced by better reloads or casino cashback. RocketSpin did not really give me that feeling.
Promotion | Offer | Main Rules | My Take |
Tuesday Reload | 50% up to AU$750 + 20 FS | Min AU$30 deposit, 40x wagering, 3-day expiry | Looks fine until you remember the 3-day timer and 40x wagering. |
Thursday Boost | 30% up to AU$750 | Min AU$75 deposit, 40x wagering, 3-day expiry | Too much effort for a modest 30% boost. |
Friday Fortune | 30% up to AU$150 | Min AU$30 deposit, 40x wagering, 3-day expiry | Small bonus, same harsh rules, easy skip for me. |
Sunday Funday | 50, 100, or 150 FS | Deposit AU$75, AU$150, or AU$225, 40x wagering, 3-day expiry | Free spins are nice, but the deposit steps feel steep. |
Weekly Cashback | 3% to 15% cashback | Higher rates are aimed at bigger players, with game restrictions attached | The only promo I might recheck, but I would not chase it. |
VIP Club | Cashback, manager, faster cashouts, higher limits | Invite-only, based on activity, loyalty, and casino value | Sounds good, but too vague unless you actually get invited. |
Look, the casino game selection is big, and there is no arguing with that. RocketSpin has more than 14,000 games, with roughly 10,000 of them being pokies. The rest spreads across live casino, table games, instant win titles, jackpots, and other casino staples.
The site now lists Metlait SRL as the operator, and the game lobby feels like it comes from that broad SoftSwiss-style setup. You get a lot of top casino software providers, lots of familiar studios, and enough filters to stop the lobby from becoming complete chaos.

That said, the tools were not perfect in my test. Search and filters helped me move around, but they also felt buggy at times.
My bigger issue is that RocketSpin has volume, not much identity. I found plenty to play, but I did not find many games or features that made the casino feel unique. Most of the lobby felt like games I could find at many other Aussie offshore casinos using the same broad setup.
The payment page was a letdown after seeing the huge game lobby. RocketSpin supports cards, crypto, and CashtoCode, but I still think there aren’t enough Aussie casino payment methods.
Payment Method | Minimum Deposit | Minimum Withdrawal |
Visa | AU$30 | AU$30 |
Mastercard | AU$30 | AU$30 |
Bitcoin | BTC equivalent of AU$30 | BTC equivalent of AU$30 |
Ethereum | ETH equivalent of AU$30 | ETH equivalent of AU$30 |
USDT | USDT equivalent of AU$30 | USDT equivalent of AU$30 |
Dogecoin | DOG equivalent of AU$30 | DOG equivalent of AU$30 |
Litecoin | LTC equivalent of AU$30 | LTC equivalent of AU$30 |
Bitcoin Cash | BCH equivalent of AU$30 | BCH equivalent of AU$30 |
CashtoCode | AU$30 | AU$30 |
The strange part is bank transfer. I did not see it as a normal deposit option, but withdrawals can list bank transfer with a higher minimum, around AU$100 in the cashier view.
I did not test a withdrawal at RocketSpin, so I will not pretend I know how fast payouts really are. The terms say withdrawals aim to be processed within 72 hours after approval, but KYC can delay everything. I also read plenty of Trustpilot reviews from players who said their withdrawals got stuck for days, with some claiming they were still waiting after a week.
In line with the bad to mediocre rest of my RocketSpin test, customer support also failed to impress me. Live chat was available, but it never felt quick.
I had to wait several minutes between individual replies, which gets frustrating fast when you only need a clear answer. The agent did respond, but the conversation moved too slowly for a casino with strict KYC, bonus, and withdrawal rules.

RocketSpin has one thing going for it: the game library is huge. If you only care about pokie variety and live casino choice, there is plenty to browse.
But the rest of the test left me cold. The welcome bonus is bad, the three-day bonus window is silly, the excluded-games list is exhausting, and support did not help the mood.

Yes. RocketSpin lists Metlait SRL as the owner and states that it operates under Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000064. It is still an offshore casino for Australian players.
RocketSpin offers more than 14,000 games from over 120 providers. The game library is easily the casino’s strongest feature, with pokies, live games, jackpots, and table games.
I would skip it. The 40x wagering, three-day validity, AU$7.50 max bet, and huge excluded-games list make the welcome bonus one of the weakest I tested.
RocketSpin supports Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and CashtoCode. I did not see a strong local Australian payment setup.
The game library is the clear strength. RocketSpin has enough pokies, live casino games, jackpot titles, and providers to keep most players busy for a long time.
The bonus system is the biggest weakness. The welcome offer looks large, but the wagering, short timer, and restricted games make it very hard to recommend.
Only with limits. If you want a huge game lobby, RocketSpin has that. If you want fair bonuses, smoother banking, or sharper support, I would look elsewhere.
