First Impression of RocketSpin Casino

The Welcome Bonus Is Bad Before You Even Start

A welcome casino bonus is usually one of the main reasons I bother registering at a new casino. Plenty of players do the same thing: join, test the welcome package, and decide from there.

Huge Variety of Fairly Standard Games

Look, the casino game selection is big, and there is no arguing with that. RocketSpin has more than 14,000 games, with roughly 10,000 of them being pokies. The rest spreads across live casino, table games, instant win titles, jackpots, and other casino staples.

The site now lists Metlait SRL as the operator, and the game lobby feels like it comes from that broad SoftSwiss-style setup. You get a lot of top casino software providers, lots of familiar studios, and enough filters to stop the lobby from becoming complete chaos.

The strange part is bank transfer. I did not see it as a normal deposit option, but withdrawals can list bank transfer with a higher minimum, around AU$100 in the cashier view.

I did not test a withdrawal at RocketSpin, so I will not pretend I know how fast payouts really are. The terms say withdrawals aim to be processed within 72 hours after approval, but KYC can delay everything. I also read plenty of Trustpilot reviews from players who said their withdrawals got stuck for days, with some claiming they were still waiting after a week.

Customer Support Was the Last Straw

In line with the bad to mediocre rest of my RocketSpin test, customer support also failed to impress me. Live chat was available, but it never felt quick.

I had to wait several minutes between individual replies, which gets frustrating fast when you only need a clear answer. The agent did respond, but the conversation moved too slowly for a casino with strict KYC, bonus, and withdrawal rules.
